We're assisting an Auckland located company with the recruitment of a Service Designer to review and refresh their digital practice roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
   » Plan and facilitate journey mapping and service blueprint workshops
   » Creation of supporting artefacts
   » Extract and document significant insights from research
   » Help define principles, goals and objectives
   » Support Digital practice lead in developing a prioritised digital practice roadmap
To be prosperous you will need:
   » Strong practice delivering Service Design
   » Strong digital design/product development background
   » Proven capability to balance the needs of the user with the objectives of the business
   » Contributes to the development of organisational methods and standards for user research
   » practice of devising strategy, blueprints and journey maps
   » Providing oversight, quality assurance and stakeholder management
   » Public sector or large corporate background would be ideal
   » Evidence of a passion for design - e.g. arranging meet-ups, design blogs etc.
