Nurture the seed and Information technology will growNg? kawenga |About the function this function, located in the Southern Region, seeks to further enhance the Department’s suite of prison-located education and training services to more effectively realise the educational, employment, and rehabilitative results connected with quality education and learning opportunities which we know can support reduced reoffending. The Practice Manager Education and Training will provide the Southern Region with the strategic leadership abilities, subject matter skills, and frontline best-practice advice to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of prison-located education services. The Practice Manager Education and Training will be actively responsible for leading the development and implementation of education improvement strategies and will work closely with the regional Practice team and with our National Edcuation & Training team to help drive the Southern region’s strategic focus.
