It would be a temp to perm role and immediate start. We will pay $25/hr. Our expectation is you will have a minimum of 3 plus years' experience, so you can hit the ground running. The role: The primary purpose of the role is inwards and outwards goods. Receipting and the verification of all goods delivered into store, dispatch of parts and components to customers, parts release to the workshop, stocktakes, documentation and administration duties associated with a stores role, following up with suppliers on queries, purchasing of some consumables and storage of parts for the workshop. About you: » Must have previous inwards and outwards goods experience, and work as part of an engineering workshop team. » Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, be able to work as part of a team and independently when required. » The successful candidate must be computer literate, have a current forklift certification (F endorsement) and generally be able to run an efficient stores area with their eyes shut (although that is not recommended). -To be successful in the role they would have to have a proactive approach, and the ability to manage pressure.
