We are currently looking for a Clinical Services Manager for an aged care Facility.
As the Clinical Manager, you will maintain clinical excellence and oversee clinical risk management within our facility. Reporting directly to the Village Manager, you'll be an integral part of our comprehensive care services team, collaborating with various professionals, including activities coordinators, healthcare personnel, kitchen staff, and housekeeping teams.
Responsibilities :
   » Provide visionary leadership, management, and comprehensive support to the clinical team.
   » Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance reviews of clinical staff.
   » Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to established policies and procedures.
   » Demonstrate a strong understanding of resident-directed care models and contribute to their implementation.
   » Manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality care standards.
   » Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
   » Foster a culture of teamwork, displaying excellent interpersonal skills and promoting staff engagement and development.
Requirements :
   » Registered Nurse with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate.
   » Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical leadership role within healthcare or aged care settings.
   » Customer-centric approach, business improvement acumen, change management skills, and adept problem-solving abilities.
   » Proven leadership and people management capabilities with a focus on staff development and engagement.
   » Commitment to or experience with models of Resident-Directed care.
   » Proficiency in budget management.
   » Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
   » Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
