About the function:
As the HR manager, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to the managers and staff on a range of Human resource policies. This is a hands on function where you will be looking after recruitment, business policies and procedures, performance and remuneration reviews and payroll.

Key Requirements:
   » A working expertise of legislation such as EEO, Harassment, OH&S
   » Previous practice with Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and project management.
   » Proven practice in budgeting and cost control
   » capability to work across multiple business units or in matrix environment.
To be prosperous in this function you will have excellent communication expertise and a natural relationship builder who can manage and maintain key relationships in the business.
About you:
Strong communication and written expertise are essential.
Demonstrated capability to work with Senior Management
Strong negotiation expertise This position will give you the opportunity to step up into a management function and grow your expertiseet.
