As a Customer practice Representative, you will have a real passion and motivation to deliver exceptional customer service for every customer you deal with. What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function:
   » Customer Service practice – you will be confident in being the first point of contact and providing top quality service with every interaction
   » Have a real love of problem solving – as each interaction with our customers can be slightly different you will have to use your expertise to really think outside the box to get the best outcome for the customer
   » Excellent Communication Skills – you will be confident communicating with people from all different walks of life, and if you speak another language even better
   » A can-do attitude – if you are someone who is always striving to be the best they can be, has a high work ethic and wants a career at ACC then this is the perfect function for you

The indicative starting income for this function will be $47,150 and then additional to this we also provide ACC’s 9% superannuation contribution. The hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am to 7pm – flexibility may be required.
