The Job
The Service Team for this large business is called on for all Information technology support and issues within the business. These guys are experts in all things tech and are involved in day to day Information technology issues through to large scale new system testing and software implementation. As the leader of this team you’ll manage:
   » Workflow to ensure the business is supported and service level standards are met
   » The technical capcapability of your team; training, upskilling, and high level problem solving
   » supervise incident management responses, review, analyse, report and proactively anticipate future issues
   » Typically you’ll have your hand in multiple projects your teams or you are leading or assisting with.
   » New project roll outs including training and communications
   » Escalated issues
   » And most importantly being a sounding board you’re your team as their lead
The Ideal Person
We expect you’ll be technically savvy and come from a service delivery background, but most importantly We are seeking for a charismatic and excellent people leader. You’ll be passionate about service delivery and be a good driver for your team. Confidence, competent and able to deliver without fuss.
