We are seeking for an practiced administrator who has a passion for providing an outstanding level of support to join our supportive, dynamic and growing team.
   » Do you have a two or more years of hands on administrative or coordinative support practice and take pride in leading a team to coordinate everyday tasks and project work?
   » Are you proactive with a solution's focused attitude with a strong attention to detail?
   » Can you juggle multiple priorities with a smile on your face?
   » Can you use your initiative and creativity to identify and create new processes whilst leading and supporting a team?
If you are proactive, reliable, consistent, able to problem solve, and have strong organisational expertise, then this could be the job for you.

   » Supporting the leadership abilities team and co-ordinating and supporting an administrative team
   » Lead and support the team with the prioritisation of workload to meet assigned deadlines
   » Using initiative and developing and implementing processes
   » You will be the first point of contact and supporting Health and Safety requirements for the office

   » Excellent communication expertise - capability to build solid relationships is key
   » Strong multi-tasking and time-management expertise with the capability to prioritise
   » Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must

   » Pre-empt what is needed to be done and be keen to help
   » practice in setting agendas and minute taking
