Yard hand role: This role is to predominately move timber around the yard - you will be moving and stacking timber and will be on your feet for up to 12 hours a day. You must be comfortable lifting up to 25kgs. This role will be starting as soon as candidates are ready so, please do not delay applying or calling for information. This role would suit someone looking for some work on the lead up to Christmas and after the new year holidays. Our client will be shutting down over the xmas/ NY period and reopening in the new year. At this stage it looks like there will be enough work until beginning of February - it may go for longer and there may be some more work for the right person. This role would be good for uni students on holidays. Mill Hand - Distribution Centre This is an afternoon shift 1500pm - 0030 Monday and 1500pm-0000 Tues- Fri. You will be stacking, strapping, wrapping, handling, quality control and quality assurance. This role will involve manual labouring, heavy lifting and repetitive tasks. This is an ongoing assignment which we have no end date for. Must be comfortable lifting up to 25kgs and being on your feet for long periods of time - up to 12 hours a day.
