We are seeking for a Business Analyst (BA) to join our Project Capcapability team to support projects all over their lifecycle, from business case development through to solution delivery.
You will gather business information and drivers into a set of requirements for applications within Toit? Te Whenua to assist in the delivery of working solutions to the business. You will support project managers and business owners to plan, resource and deliver projects in conformity with our project management framework and Systems Development Lifecycles (SDLC). As a Business Analyst at Toit? Te Whenua, the function will join an established practice that supports, grows, and develops our Business Analysts into the best they can be.

Communication, relationship building and collaboration within your project team and across the business are critical to success in this function. You will have strong communications expertise and a prosperous track record building trusted relationships to understand and address key stakeholder needs.
You will also demonstrate:
   » Previous practice as a Business Analyst preferably within an Agile environment,
   » capability to determine the appropriate activities to complete a business analysis effort including identification of stakeholders, selection of techniques and processes to manage requirements,
   » Identifying a business need and defining a solution scope that can feasibly be implemented by the business,
   » Collaboration with other project team members to decide what is needed to best deliver the solution,
   » Using a structured approach to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements, including using tools to assist with the development of the documentation.

The income range for this function is $83,307 – $112,709.
