As a Mill Hand, you will be an essential part of our team, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch products to our customers. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: » Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the mill. » Assist with the production process, including material handling, loading, and unloading. » Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards. » Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. » Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations. This role will involve manual laboring, heavy lifting, and repetitive tasks. You must be comfortable to be on your feet for 10-12 hours. You will have a good eye for detail and being able to read orders is crucial. You will be stacking, strapping, and packing products and getting them ready to be sent away.
