They do this through delivering a range of clinically designed therapeutic programmes, either individually or with a co-facilitator. We appreciate the different skill set within our team who come from different backgrounds, cultures, education and practice - they all share the capability to motivate and work alongside others to support them to make positive changes in their lives. While the function is full-time, we are open to considering candidates who would prefer part-time work hours (such as 0.8 FTE, or four days per week) after an initial 3-month training period has been completed. M?u |About you We’re looking for someone who can actively listen and understand those we work with and are keen to help them gain insight into their harmful behaviours. To undertake this function, you will need to be comfortable walking alongside people on their journey and consistently reflecting on your own practice. To support you in the function, Information technology would be valuable if you have an knowledge of individual and group behaviour, and/or significant tertiary education in psychology, social work, counselling or other significant tertiary qualification along with demonstrated practice within a related area.
