M? te t?nga |About the function This position supports the team to scope, plan and deliver initiatives to enable management and staff to lift their levels of cultural capcapability and effectiveness at the regional level in line with the Ara Poutama Aotearoa’s Te Ao M?ori capcapability framework Wh?inga Amorangi. The initial focus of these positions will be on M?ori-specifc cultural capcapability and in future years this will extend to include other cultures in line with Aotearoa’s changing demographics and increasing ethnic diversity.
