Offer: Head of Finance Decision Support:HainesAttractJob description:Job DescriptionIf you thrive on learning and knowledge every part of a business and providing enabling information and advice, you should seriously consider our Head of Finance Decision Support function.Working closely with the CFO, you’ll have oversight of the business planning process, will help to shape the investment portfolio, and will have input on capital management decisions. Your capability to be forward-looking and strategic will be useful as you provide analysis to support the Executive and Board level strategic decision-making. You’ll be comfortable working at a strategic level and will be involved with preparing business plans, budgets, and investment/divestment decisions. With a $1.9 billion balance sheet and $200 million in revenue, you’ll understand how strategy shapes the balance sheet and will be regularly involved in capital allocation and evaluating new investment opportunities. Our complex business relies on this critical function to monitor performance by reporting, analysing, and providing insight into our various business units. As a key member of the Finance leadership abilities team as well as the wider P?mu company, your communication expertise will be highly developed, and you’ll feel as comfortable speaking with our Farm and Business Managers as you are speaking with our Board Chairman. Working as part of the wider Finance team, you’ll manage three Finance Business Partners who work collaboratively with our business units, providing financial advice, direction and influencing good decision-making with sound financial analysis. this function also manages the Investment Committee process.
