?u Mahi – What You Will Do
The UC Child Well-being Research Institute is seeking a Research adjunct – Kai?whina Rangahau to support on several M?ori-focused research projects within the institute. The prosperous candidate will enjoy working on a variety of research-focused tasks, and the capability to use their knowledge of Te Reo M?ori and Te Ao M?ori within a supportive research team.
M?u – Who You Are
candidates might have previous research practice, either at an Honours or Masters level, or previous research adjunct practice. Contact Us by the research team if you are unsure of your suitcapability, but are interested in pursuing this type of mahi.
An intermediate level of knowledge of tikanga and te reo M?ori and the capability to work in a way that is biculturally competent is critical to the function. You will enjoy working on a variety of research tasks, and be confident working independently and in a self-directed manner. You will work well within diverse cultural environments, as well as provide a positive contribution to the research team within the Child Well-being Research Institute.
Mahi Ng?tahi – Who You Will Work With
Te K?hui P? Harakeke – Child Well-being Research Institute is located at Manawa, the new health research and education facility in Christchurch’sTe Papa Hauora/Health Precinct. We work closely with researchers from across UC but also our Te Papa Hauora partners.
