Our contact centre provides critical support to our clients in their recovery, we are growing, and are looking for an practiced Workforce Planner to come and join us.
What can I expect?
As a Workforce Planner, you will provide skills in call analysis, and design, development and continuous improvement to resourcing, workforce management, call handling & monitoring strategies.
You will be responsible for ensuring the best assignment of resources and employees using scheduling tools and you will be able to manage various staffing options effectively. A proficiency in recruitment forecasting located on attrition insights and analysis is an essential part of this function.
How will I know if I am appropriate?
To be prosperous in this position, we would expect that you will have significant Workforce Planning practice and know-how, preferably gained within a multi-skilled, multi-channel Contact Centre environment.
You will also have a thorough knowledge of and will have worked with workforce management tools such as Genesys and Verint and will have a working knowledge of rostering methodologies. Producing reports on operational performance located on actual data and trends will be an area of strength and you will be practiced in providing planning advice.
Technical strengths aside, you will have a proven capability to influence and negotiate and will thrive on the opportunity to work collaboratively, maximising results and making improvements. You will have a delivery
focussed approach and will keep the customer practice at the heart of what you do.

You’ll will be working with an inclusive and collaborative team with a focus to provide great customer service. We not only provide competitive remuneration but also actively support your development. The indicative starting income for this function is $78,468. We also offer an attractive 9% superannuation contribution additional to your income which will bring the total starting package to $85,530.
