We arelooking fora highly organised individual to ensure that anexecutive officewithin the university is running at optimum efficiency.
this functionrequires an practiced EA who will have previously supported C-LevelManagers to cover a period of 3 months full time, to cover a staff member on leave. Due to the urgent nature of this assignment we require a motivated candidate whowill bequick to pickup the reins in this position as soon as possible. We could look at a start date of next week or the following week.

Responsibilities and tasks:
   » broad and complexdiary and travel management
   » Co-ordination and material facilitation of meetings, recording minutes
   » Producing accurate, well presented and timely documents and presentations as directed
   » Responding to telephone and/or email queries
   » Organising planning days
   » Responding to student enquires
   » Preparing & distributing reports
   » Booking meeting rooms, organizing catering and any additional equipment
We are seeking for appropriate candidates who hold recent and significant practice managing a high volume workload, in a progressive environment to join our dynamic team.Our ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail and is highly organised, with the capability to manage competing demands, multitask and thrive in the challenge of the function with great calander management experince as you would be surpporting at least 2 calanders here.
Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise with the capability to act with discretion, build relationships with senior managers and stakeholders both internally and externally would be essential to this function. If you have advanced level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite this would be great.
