K?wai ki te Iwi – Service Delivery and Operations (SDO) is one of DIA’s most public facing branches, providing customers with a wide variety of services, products, and advice, in the areas of Identity and Passport Services, Births, Deaths and Marriages, Citizenship, Charities Services, Authentications, Translations, and Community Operations, DIA’s network of community development and funding. this function is located in the Planning, Design and Assurance business group, a busy and diverse group which provides support and shared services across the Service Delivery and Operations branch.
You will have:
   » The capability to quickly build and foster positive and collaborative working relationships
   » Proven practice in senior administration or executive/personal assistance support activities, including diary and email management
   » availability and flexibility to support an Auckland-located Manager
   » The capability to use your Initiative and work independently when required
   » practice in planning, prioritising, and working under pressure to meet deadlines
   » Discretion and tact when dealing with confidential, sensitive, and personal work-related information
   » High professional standards, including accuracy and attention to detail
   » Composure and resilience combined with a flexible can-do positive attitude
   » practice using the Microsoft Office Suite
   » practice in providing secretariat support would be an advantage
