The function We are pursuing a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer who is passionate about M?ori business and entrepreneurship and who will contribute to its growth in the Otago Business School. You may be already teaching and researching in these areas, or you may be looking to shift your career. We are interested in receiving applications from individuals who want to inspire the next generation and have theoretical and practical practice of M?ori business and entrepreneurship. expertise and practice Reporting to the Dean, Otago Business School, the prosperous candidate will have: » A PhD or equivalent doctorate in Business, Entrepreneurship or in an area related to entrepreneurship. » Demonstrated capacity for independent research. » practice in working with or in M?ori enterprises, such as iwi/hap?, or with start-ups, SMES or other businesses or organisations. » capability to work well with students and staff from differing academic and cultural backgrounds, and in particular M?ori students, and at all levels of the institution. candidates should feel comfortable in culturally diverse environments and where tikanga M?ori and te reo M?ori are expected. We are open to considering applications from individuals who have a strong background in M?ori Business or Entrepreneurship, and who hold a Bachelor degree, but who have little or no research practice.
