Te t?ranga | The function ? We are currently seeking a retail professional who wants to combine their passion for customer service while working for an iconic Wellington Institution. The function will see you working as part of our Commercial team, you will support the Retail Strategy Lead to manage stock, display and driving sales. You deliver this through an agile and considered approach to our strategy, our values, and our commercial and organisational objectives. The spaces you curate engage, inspire, and connect with our guests and visitors Our retail specialists love to engage with visitors driving connection and success of our retail strategy. You are a safe and independent set of hands, you're a storyteller who has embraced our retail strategy, and day to day you design and deliver processes to improve and maintain the operations of the retail offerings. You love to be independent, love to be busy and to be on the shop floor and if you're not - you're engaged to support our Retail Delivery Lead and other commercial aspects of our organisation. You'll be as comfortable in front of the counter as you are behind and maintain accurate records of stock purchases and sales partnering with the visitor services team members to receive, account and restock shelves in our shops. You'll be tech savvy and able to coordinate and deliver rolling stock takes. You will have a love of local brands support ethical production and responsible environmental management. Your function modelling also includes ensuring there is a M?ori dimension at the heart of the retail practices we offer.
