This is an exciting chance to join our energetic team and play an integral function in the work of the Quartet as Information technology continues to evolve to make chamber music significant to modern Aotearoa audiences. The NZSQTrust is seeking a Finance & Operations agent/ ?piha P?tea to work closely with the General Manager/Kaiwhakahaere Matua and the Marketing & Admin Co-ordinator/ Whakatairanga in delivering the Quartet's wide-ranging programme of work. We are seeking for Somebody with a strong knowledge of financial systems, excellent communication expertise, and a passion for the arts to supervise our financial processes and support the day-to-day operations of the NZSQ Trust. this function is ideal for Somebody with administrative practice, ideally in the arts or not-for-profit sectors, who is looking to broaden their expertise base within a cultural context. You will bring: » Demonstrated financial acumen and fluency and a sound knowledge of best practice financial management » Similar or related work practice » Knowledge of Te Tiriti ? Waitangi » practice in project management and capability to meet deadlines; planning, resourcing and delivering projects on time and within budget » availability to contribute to the broader goals of the organisation, and capcapability to work within a small, focused team » Effective use of all software applications significant to the function to optimise work performance - Accounting systems (Xero) Banking systems, CRM database, Fundraising tools, MS Office, Google Suite.
