Skills & Attributes: » Proven Experience delivering profitable construction projects » Experience within NZ vertical construction » Analytical skills to understand complex technical specifications » Experienced in planning and construction projects » Experienced in client stake holder relationships » The ability to lead, manage, motivate project teams and sub-contractors » Impeccable Health and Safety results » Reporting and Financial acumen to ensure projects run on-time and within budgets Responsibilities of the role: » Co-ordinate entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors » Strong understanding of the New Zealand Building Code, Health and Safety at Work Act, other relevant acts, regulations, and codes, and their application to the building and construction process » Manage construction schedules and planning process » Implement quality assurance procedures » Promote job safety and company culture » Meeting KPI's set by company We seek to attract and retain a diverse and productive workforce that can embrace future challenges and opportunities.
