Your day to day job tasks will include: » Actively engage in toolbox and closure briefings with crew whilst receiving clear job details and expectations » A strong knowledge of Temporary Traffic Management allowing you to follow and promote CoPTTM compliance » Executing traffic management plans » Being responsible for the safe use of materials, supplies and equipment at all times About you: Along with a valid Traffic Control certificate and leadership potential, you will also need to have: » Hold a Class 1 Full Driver's license » Have excellent verbal and written communication skills » Demonstrate leadership strength with the ability to guide, coach, and empower others » Have a "Can do Safely" Attitude » Be looking for long term career growth » Ability to work extended hours when required » Initiative » Able to display excellent customer service.
