Te Pae Tawhiti transformation programme will deliver services that are easier, more accessible and integrated across employment, housing and earnings support with greater use of partnering. Achieving our Te Pae Tawhiti vision will be a long-term journey for MSD. About the function The Transformation Office Lead is one of two Leads working to the Director, Transformation Office in a key advisory and people leadership abilities function. The Leads collectively deliver on the Transformation Office's key functions by providing high-level specialist skills, portfolio/programme level development and planning through their team's specific function. this function will have specific responsibility for Enterprise Planning, Processes and Tools. This includes a focus on future delivery approaches and the tools that support this. MSD is in the early stages of considering then implementing an approach, processes and tools that will enable the Integrated Work Programme and the Te Pae Tawhiti Programme. Integral to the development and performance of the Transformation Office, you will: • Manage MSD's integrated work programme by planning, prioritising, aligning, managing, monitoring and reporting on the Programme • Grow MSD's maturity in Agile delivery as owner of the ?playbook' for MSD's delivery approach • Leading and managing enterprise level planning, processes and implementation of supporting tools to enable enterprise-wide planning. This includes and is aligned to MSD's delivery approach. You will have significant practice in programme and portfolio management within a complex environment. Proven practice at managing people to get the best out of them and deliver high quality work is a must. Be part of shaping the future direction of MSD with this unique position.
