Skills & Attributes: » Experience within NZ vertical construction » Experience in planning and construction projects » Proven experience in commercial construction » Experienced in client stake holder relationships » Proven Leadership experience » Strong verbal and written communication » Assist with Reporting and Financial acumen to ensure projects run on-time and within budgets Responsibilities of the role: » Support Construction and Project Managers » Manage site trades and subcontractors » Understanding of the New Zealand Building Code, Health and Safety at Work Act, other relevant acts, regulations, and codes, and their application to the building and construction process » Co-ordinate construction schedule, planning processes and logistics » Implement OH&S policies » Develop, lead, and motivate team » Promote job safety and company culture » Ensure QA is completed to meet specifications We seek to attract and retain a diverse and productive workforce that can embrace future challenges and opportunities.
