We are currently seeking a Consumer practices Coordinator to join the Team.

Consumers’ feedback provides valuable information about what patients and service users practice when they are in the care of Te Toka Tumai (Auckland DHB) services.
Measuring patients' practices of care and treatment highlights areas that need to improve to provide a people centred approach to the way we deliver care.
The Consumer practices Coordinator is a member of the Consumer practice Team and would be responsible for:
   » communicating with staff across Te Toka Tumai about the feedback received from consumers, their carer's and their wh?nau and the insights gained
   » ensuring feedback classified as complaints are managed in compliance with the Health and Discapability Code of Consumer and Auckland DHB policies
   » provide advice and support about consumer engagement and involvement tools (including use of surveys)

About you | He k?rero m?u
You will have practice working in customer facing functions where you draw insights from raw consumer / customer data. Your communication skills are second to none and you can demonstrate knowledge and knowledge of consumer feedback in the New Zealand public health sector.
You have practice working with wha?nau, hapu?, iwi, Ma?ori organisation's and Ma?ori communities and understand the significance of and obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
