We are seeking for a Sous Chef to join our team at Lakestone Lodge with uninterrupted views of Aoraki/Mt Cook and Lake Pukaki appropriate for an individual or a couple if you are travelling with someone else as We are seeking for a Front of House person also. We are centrally located near Mt Cook, Twizel and Lake Tekapo and a day trip to Queenstown, Wanaka and Christchurch so a perfect base to explore from. The position is for a minimum of 30 hours, leaving the rest of the time for you to go, hiking, fishing, exploring, hunting, swimming, cycling ……. About the Lodge: Lakestone Lodge is a five-star, purpose built, six bedroom, off grid, luxury lodge positioned in a spectacular location on the shores of Lake Pukaki. At Lakestone Lodge, we are firm believers that if you are dining with us you do not want to be eating something that you could produce yourself at home. Lakestone Lodge provides an opportunity to enjoy produce local to the area. The area is abundant with a multitude of options including fresh salmon, venison, lamb, cheeses, preserves and more. this function is for a chefs who is legally entitled to live and work in New Zealand and holds a current visa or is citizen /permanent resident. We will consider sponsoring long term after you have worked with us for a season / 6 months.
