We have a great opportunity for an practiced Customer Service Team Leader , located in Te Rapa Hamilton. this function is starting ASAP and will have two direct reports working within the Customer Service/ Dispatch team.

this function is operating in the construction and concreting industry and is an opportunity to grow within a renowned established corporate organization.

The function:
   » Offering continuing support to direct reports
   » Provide excellent customer care through sharing product information, proactively follow-up, and sales support
   » superviseing the dispatch/ logistics function by coordinating the process for the product to get to the customers
   » Manage escalated calls, complaints, and technical customer queries in a calm, professional manner
   » Help manage the achievement of sales, growth, and customer retention strategies
To be prosperous in function:
   » Sound practice in customer services ideally in a call center or manufacturing/ Logistics environments
   » Solid leadership abilities and influencing expertise, Team Leader practice is preferred
   » Resilient and a positive, natural leader who can keep calm under pressure
