You'll see us on stages from Kerikeri to Invercargill and streaming online, working with a hugely diverse range of projects, international and national touring artists. And it's not just the classics! The NZSO is just at home working with the likes of TEEKS and BENEE as we are performing the music of Bach, Mozart or Beethoven! ___________________________________________________________________________ _______ As Ticketing and Membership Manager, your function will be a balance of providingoutward-facing services for audiences, fans and supporters, managing relationships with venue operators and ticketing agencies for concerts across the country and maintaining the health and development of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and ticketing module(s). You will lead a small team of dedicated pros, are a doer and a people person with excellent relationship management expertise to help enhance NZSO practices for our growing Member base. CRM system used in this function is Tessitura (training provided), along with several other marketing and ticketing technologies, particularly those used by our main providers, Ticketmaster and Ticketek, along with Microsoft OS products, Wordfly and others coming on board as part of delivery of the NZSO's Digital Strategy. We want to hear from candidates with a keen eye for detail, a steady hand and a cool head. leadership abilities qualities are a must, practice a plus. You need to be a great planner and able to manage multiple projects at the same time, working with internal and external stakeholders around concerts and events and then following through with regular progress reports to determine success and inform business decisions. Do you need to love the music? It's great if you do, but this function isn't about knowing your Brahms from your Berlioz, it's about thriving on making Information technology accessible to both those that do and those that are new. We work in an interdisciplinary way to present the best events possible and build the NZSO into a much-loved entertainment brand and a badge of national identity.
