Position Overview:

Are you a skilled Payroll and Accounts Receivable Administrator looking to contribute your expertise to a nonprofit organization with a noble mission? Our client, a highly regarded nonprofit, is seeking a dedicated individual to manage payroll processes and oversee accounts receivable operations. Key Responsibilities:
   » Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
   » Handle payroll inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain meticulous payroll records.
   » Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
   » Work closely with clients to address billing inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
   » Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll and accounts receivable.
   » Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities as necessary.
   » Ensure strict adherence to payroll tax regulations, nonprofit accounting standards, and internal financial policies.
   » Maintain organized and up-to-date records of payroll and accounts receivable transactions.
   » Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll and accounts receivable processes.
   » Collaborate with the finance team to implement best practices for enhanced efficiency.
Qualifications:
   » Proven experience in payroll administration and accounts receivable management.
   » Proficiency in payroll software and accounting software.
   » Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
   » Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
   » Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
   » Knowledge of nonprofit financial management and compliance is a plus.
