We represent many of the country's major artists and maintain client relationships all over New Zealand and worldwide.The administrator is a critical member of our team and responsible for a wide variety of tasks that ensure the smooth day to day running of both Galleries. Primarily this is located around maintaining our stock management database but other tasks include sales support, production of exhibition related material and liaison with artists and clients. An interest in NZ art and collections management would be an advantage but if you have the listed expertise and attributes and a availability to learn, then we would like to hear from you. To be prosperous in this function you will need to: » Be accurate and able to retain excellent attention to detail even at peak times » Have excellent organisational expertise and the capability to prioritise tasks/manage competing priorities » Have outstanding communication expertise, both written and verbal » Have advanced computer practice (Word, Excel, Photoshop, database and website admin) » Be highly motivated with the capability to use initiative and work productively in a team This is a Dunedin located, full time position of up to 40 hours per week.
