Responsibilities: » Read and interpret shop drawings accurately. » Lead complex fabrication tasks. » Record production details and ensure proper packaging. » Collaborate with the Factory Supervisor to optimize productivity. » Maintain an organized work area and assist with yard management. » Support colleagues in understanding job requirements. » Undertake accurate site work as required. Requirements: » Engineering or similar experience with machinery knowledge. » Proven industrial experience. » Current welding certificate or ability to obtain one. » Proficient in reading plans and technical information. » Strong written and oral English communication skills. » Full driving license and forklift experience. Desired Qualities: » Positive and proactive attitude. » Ethical and transparent in all dealings. » Physically capable of performing fabrication tasks. » Influential team player with strong attention to detail. » Methodical and proactive approach.
