With state-of-the-art production software and a collaborative work environment, we are looking for a someone who is passionate about their work and thrives in a fast-paced and exciting atmosphere. We will only accept applicants who are currently residing in New Zealand with permanent residency visas and are fully vaccinated. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art production software and collaborate with the workshop manager to maintain production plans and schedules, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management on performance. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to: Key Responsibilities: » Manage the full process from client engagement through to procurement, ensuring efficient project management throughout the duration of each project, while striving to achieve budget. » Create a culture of excellence through continuous improvement and achievement. » Assist with tender vs construction take-offs for each project. » Procure project-specific materials such as steel, profiling, purlins, etc. » Promote and manage health and safety within the work environment. » Personal development/training. » Mentor junior staff on technical and professional standards. Requirements: » Relevant work experience in a similar position with structural steel experience. » Proven IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. » Reliable, consistent, and prioritize health and safety. » Fully vaccinated and currently residing in New Zealand with permanent residency visas.
