We areexpanding, and taking on an Office Administrator. This is a part-time position, three days a week in our Grey Lynn office, working 9 to 2:30pm. The prosperous applicant will be: » Able to use web-located software, including Google Workspace and Xero » Preferrably familiar with design software (Canva) » Self-motivated The responsibilities of this function will include: » Communications - answering the majority of email and phone queries, or escalating where appropriate. » Running the NYT office, liaising with landlords & security » Organising catering and transportation as required » Administration tasks related to theatrical training programmes » working with internal systems to maintain rolls of participants » distributing information to participants as planned » creating documentation for each programme, located on provided templates and plans » maintaining a database of tutors and contractors, running police checks as required » Basic bookkeeping - using Xero to reconcile invoices and payments » Organising invoice payments and payroll Links & Contact info: NYT WebsiteNYT Facebook How to submit the application: Applications by sending cover letter and CV to recruitment@nyt.nz Skills:
