This company has a mature remote working culture however, they do have offices located in Auckland CBD. They have a modern Tech stack (.NET, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, Kubernetes, Microservices etc.) - The cool stuff and not much legacy! Highly Agile in processes too. Working as a shared resource across a number of businesses under the one umbrella group, you will work with other more senior engineers to establish, manage and operate the process for rapid, regular and consistent delivery of software through an automated continuous integration / deployment pipeline. You will have an knowledge of DevOps practices and come from a Development background (this is a great entry point for a Dev looking to transition into DevOps!). expertise / Requirements:» Demonstrate a solid development background, ideally in .NET » Have a strong interest or some background in DevOps / SRE working practices » Possess some knowledge of Cloud technology stacks such as Azure, AWS and/or GCP » Any practice with CI/CD implementation and troubleshooting (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub, etc) would be great! » practice with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and containers/ container orchestration systems (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS.) would be beneficial » Linux administration expertise needed » Strong research and implementation expertise for new technologies and ideas On offer: Competitive income ($80,000 - $100,000), strong learning opportunity, a lot of mentoring, good progression/pathway in the function, remote working, training budget, little micro-management, office location in Auckland CBD.
