Support the development and delivery of Capital E's leading live performance programme including all National Theatre for Children touring and Festival activity.
This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team to make a vital contribution to the creative lives of children and young people.
this function supports the effective organisation of all aspects of the Capital E Live offer, coordinating the operation and delivery an artistically robust, innovative programme for the National Theatre for Children and other activities such as the biennial Festival, working in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders.

• Possess practice of supporting the performing arts productions by, for and with children and young people
• Have sound expertise of one or more of the performing arts
• Demonstrate high level organisational and planning abilities
• Proven expertise in maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and practice in supporting acquittal and reporting to funders and partners

• To support all aspects of Capital E LIVE ensuring that all activities align with our vision, stakeholder expectations and future audience priorities.
• To support a cohesive, responsive LIVE team who strive for excellence and are innovative, forward thinking, collaborative and committed to providing excellent practices for children and young people.
• To work collaboratively across Capital E and practice Wellington to support the development and delivery of vibrant cross-disciplinary programmes
• To contribute to positioning Capital E's performance programmes as leaders in the performing arts sector, Theatre for Young Audience sector, and to build sector capcapability via special projects and initiatives engaging audiences, creative practitioners and performers.
We are seeking for a person who brings practice and a broad expertise around supporting the theatre production and delivery in managing performing arts programmes for, with and by children and young people, as well as relicapability, creativity and resourcefulness, who works well in a team.
