Organisational Capcapability and Services | He Pou Aronui
Human Resources - P?manawa Tangata sits within Organisational Capcapability and Services, a branch (division) dedicated to supporting the rest of the Department to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA make the best contribution to New Zealand.
Your focus in this function is to:
   » Provide quality Payroll services
   » Respond to employee queries and requests promptly and professionally
   » Ensure all payroll activities are completed within the required time frame
   » Be responsible for the maintenance of HR information
   » Ensure all payroll processes and activities comply with audit requirements
this function will suit a professional with practice in delivering outstanding customer service. A sound knowledge of payroll processes is required.
Excellent attention to detail, practice in working with NZ payroll systems (PS Enterprise, iChris/Chris21, PayGlobal or similar) and a strong teamwork mentality are also critical for the success of this function.
