Do you have experience in the kitchen, or are you looking for a kitchen experience? Our Client is looking for a reliable, polite, hospitality minded person to join a kitchen for Full-time shift work. Working as part of the kitchen, you will provide support across the following: » Assisting our chefs in the preparation and cooking of food and dishes » Assembling and preparing food ingredients for cooking and serving Washing and cleaning general utensils and kitchen equipment » Handling, sorting, distributing and storing food ingredients » Cleaning and maintaining order of the food preparation and service areas, » kitchen floors and other kitchen areas based on industry and company standards » Disposing of rubbish » Implementing all hygiene and Health & Safety regulations TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THESE ROLES, YOU WILL NEED: » To be eligible to work in New Zealand (NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit). » Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and MOJ check. » Able to provide 2 work references. » Great communication skills, have a reliable work history, and a great work ethic. » A thorough understanding and respect for Health and Safety.
