Business Development ManagerLocation All AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary to Category Sales & Marketing > Business Development Manager » » » We are on the hunt for a Confident salesperson who will not only build new relationships but foster existing client Relationships Responsibilities: » Identify a plan to grow sales. » Communicate customer's needs back to the delivery team. » Match customer needs to products and specifications. » Use resources to support customer factories during the launch process. » Understand the product portfolio and benefits to ensure value selling. » Advise customers on technical specifications and application of coatings. » Travel to customers and participate in industry conferences if required. Qualifications: »"Refinish" Industry experience "A MUST". » 5-10 years of related experience in business development. » Previous experience in the Industrial Coatings industry is desirable. » Proficient computer skills, and moderate skills with Word, Excel, and CRM systems. » Be able to communicate complex ideas.
