Upskilling opportunities - Stick with us, and you will have the opportunity to consider the Traffic Management Operative (TMO) course. If successful, this may see you gain another NZQA unit standard (31959) and your Waka Kotahi Warrant. From there, there is the potential for Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), Class 2 Drivers License or wheels, tracks & rollers (WTR) license endorsements - We want to see you succeed and grow into these roles!
