Hours: Friday to Sunday, 8am - 5:30pm. Ability to provide cover during the week if needed. The Opportunities available: Kitchen Manager: This person will be in charge of the overall running of the kitchen and deliver our nutritious programme of meals to our clients valued residents. You will need to ensure the menu is followed and provide nutritional and well- presented meals. You will also be in charge of ordering and stock supply. Cook: This person will be able to lead the kitchen and deliver our nutritious programme of meals to our valued residents. You will provide nutritional, well- presented meals and are required to monitor food temperature, monitor portion control and correct food supplied against special orders. Food hygiene of utmost importance.
