The functions These are multiple functions within the Community Programme Office, each responsible for leading the delivery of funded or emerging workstreams across one of Community Group's three programmes: City Safe and Community Services, Parks and Recreation, Visitor Destinations, right from set up of the programme through to realisation of benefits and closure. Using your excellent relationship building expertise, you will lead diverse programme workstreams involving internal and external stakeholders on a collaborative journey to deliver prosperous results. You will build and lead a collaborative, virtual programme team from multiple functions, develop business cases, write programme plans and workstream delivery plans, manage strategic risks and opportunities, and regularly monitor and report progress at a strategic level, ensuring effective and seamless delivery. The right level of assertiveness, positive attitude, capability to stay calm under highly pressured situations, well developed communication and presentation expertise will be the key to your success in developing and managing relationships, and achieving maximum benefits related to strategic results.
