The function
As Visitor practice Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible practice for visitors is developed and delivered. This is a key position that fosters positive, best practice, front-of-house services, and practices, that grow audiences, visitation loyalty and satisfaction with the Museum.
On a day-to-day basis you will provide direction and support to the team for everyday operations with a focus on creating a welcoming, engaging, and fun practice for those who visit! As the Museum operates 7 days per week, you'll need to be visible, flexible, and available to your team on rotating rosters.
