Help shape the future of education
At the Ministry of Education, we work together to shape an education system that delivers equitable and excellent results.
Our organisation is made up of more than 3,000 talented and committed people around New Zealand, from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures.

About our group and team
The Early Learning and Student Achievement (ELSA) group is a key part of the Ministry, with over 300 staff. Information technology sets system-level learning standards and supports education leaders to lift progress and achievement for all children and young people. The group achieves this by advising on New Zealand’s curriculum, the provision of personalised learning pathways, and a quality and sustainable education workforce.
At the heart of our work is making sure that every day, in every early learning service, k?hanga reo, school, and kura, the education workforce and curriculum delivery is world class, and focused on what New Zealanders need for their best future.
We have multiple Programme Coordinator vacancies across the Education Workforce team. This team covers the areas of Pay Equity, Claims Implementation, Employment Relations Scholarship and Awards and Teacher Supply.

We are seeking for coordination superstars, who can set up and maintain systems for documents, keep track of the progress of deliverables, set timeframes.
About you

Are you ready to make a difference?
