Our recruitment agency is currently seeking a highly experienced Regsitered nurse or Clinical Manager for an aged care facility located in the beautiful town of Waihi, New Zealand. As the Clinical Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care to our residents and ensure that the facility complies with all regulatory and compliance standards. You will manage a team of healthcare professionals, including registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and HCA's, and collaborate with other managers and staff to develop and implement care plans, monitor resident health and wellbeing, and ensure safe and compassionate care delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and in aged care or a related healthcare field. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
