Seasonal Orchard adjunct:Suncrest OrchardJob description:Suncrest Orchard, Cromwell - Otago Seasonal Orchard adjunct, Agriculture and Forestry Seasonal jobs inCromwell Otago New Zealand Suncrest Orchard is a key player in the Central Otago cherry industry and we have been exporting premium cherries for over 20 years. We are pursuing motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Seasonal Orchard adjuncts for the 2022-23 cherry export season. The positions will start from early November/early December and go through until the end of the cherry export season in late January/early February. Our Seasonal Orchard adjuncts work with the Suncrest Orchard team to manage the harvest and transportation of cherries from the orchard to the packhouse. Responsibilities include weighing harvested fruit loading trailers assigning trees and quality & tree checks. If you work until the end of the season we offer an End of Season Bonus. » We are a family-owned and operated orchard with 3 generations working hands-on in the business. » We employ all our seasonal employees on a seasonal fixed-term basis. This means that all our seasonal employees are are guaranteed 40 hours of work per week. » We are Global GAP and GRASP accredited.
