This means that all our seasonal employees are guaranteed 40 hours of work per week. » We grow over 30 varieties of cherries which means that during cherry harvesting we do not have long breaks when there is no work available. » We are Global GAP and GRASP accredited. This means we are a safe sustainable company practicing good agricultural practices and complying with national employment legislation. » We offer a great team environment. » We provide free transport to and from work each day for those employees staying in Cromwell. » We offer a range of accommodation options both on and off the orchard.We are pursuing a reliable practiced forklift driver to work in our packhouse over our busy harvest period. Start date is as soon as possible with work through to late January/early February. The position involves: » Unload and load fruit trailers » Pre-cool fruit » Complete bin cards correctly » Ensure bins are correctly placed in Coolstore » Ensure product security is not compromised as per security procedure » Unload delivery trucks and load dispatch trucks and other tasks as required.Must have a OSH certified forklift licence and be able to work long hours. We can help with accommodation if required with a range of options from onsite tent site to single room in an onsite house.
