You will have a strong history of successfully taking projects from development through to completion. Projects range from multi-unit townhouses to architectural builds across the Wellington region. About You » 4+ years' experience in residential property construction » Ability to engage & lead multidisciplinary project teams » Solutions focused, able to leverage your team to solve problems » Working knowledge of NZS3910 » A relevant qualification, PMP or similar is highly valued About the Company Our client is an up & coming construction company with a small team overseeing multiple residential projects across Wellington.
