The function will cover projects relating to: » Website and app development » Campaigns: digital / social » Ecommerce » Email Marketing and marketing automation Key Job responsibilities: » Weekly catchups with a diverse portfolio of clients » Help define client requirements, particularly for innovative new digital projects » Work with internal project managers who will be setting timelines, milestone deliverables and budgets in collaboration with you » supervise creative execution for digital projects, including: UX and wireframing, information architecture and user interface design » Run client workshops and ideation sessions » Collaborate with team members across a range of disciplines, including digital design, software development and copywriting » Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables » Schedule and facilitate efficient meetings and video calls, with the capability to effectively set up the presentation of creative and technical work » Be passionate about delivering the best creative practice / Appropriate qualifications: » Excellent communication expertise are a must » Prior practice as an account manger/director, project manager or producer » practice with tools such as Asana, Harvest and Google Suiteis highly desirable » capability to connect with people and build rich and fruitful relationships » Strong problem-solving expertise; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environment If you think you are right for our dynamic and progressive team, we want to hear from you.
