You'll be positive, energetic, organised and a great communicator. Summary We're looking for an inspirational leader to join Pathways Residential team in our South Auckland locality, as a Team Coach. You will ensure the efficient and effective use of resources for the team while fostering innovation and improvement in order to ensure our service is the best Information technology can be. This is a full-time function, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. The Team You'll be reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager and leading a team of 8 Support Workers and working at one of our residential sites to provide responsive support to people living in their own apartments. You will be helping those people we support to become independent in their living, empowering them to live their best life through support with activities of everyday living, significant occupation and work or study This service supports people to ultimately gain the expertise to live well in the community of their choice. We have a friendly, supportive, diverse and fast-paced team environment, where a good sense of humor is essential. You We are interested to hear from practiced leaders who have the capability to support and inspire a team. Minimum Level 4 qualification is a must! As well as having great leadership abilities and people expertise, you'll also have demonstrated the capability to work within the residential setting, and the wider community and social sector.
